When the solution cannot be found within the Nucleus then the entrepreneurs start to get information, new ideas and experiences from outside - the Nucleus starts a common activity in order to solve the identified problems

Through the Nucleus the chamber provides a service which helps the entrepreneur to improve his / her enterprise. It opens his / her eyes for many possible changes which often do not need any hardware investments.

The development of an enterprise starts with ideas, management, leadership and organisation - and not with money (subsidies / credits) and machinery!

The success of an enterprise depends also of an environment which eases and supports entrepreneurial activities.

Through influencing activities (=lobby) the entrepreneurs themselves have to take care of the development of their environment.

Alone, an entrepreneur will not reach anything - governments, public administrations, private institutions will not listen to him / her.
In group, as Nucleus together with the chamber, there is a chance.
