This
is a – not complete – list of some of the Nuclei,
which exist at present in Sri Lanka, Algeria, Brazil and other Latin American countries.
Others are in the process of
being created or can be created.
Whenever

entrepreneurs or

employed enterprise executives

have something in common
|

interests
|
|

technology
|

|
markets
|
|
|
size of the enterprises

etc.

they may create a Nucleus.
The main point is to
get a balance between
|
|
the homogeneity of the
group :
the entrepreneurs' day to day life is rather similar
(positive example: all have between 1 and 10 employees;
negative example: they have between 1 and 100 employees - the
first one participates in the production, the second one is only
managing) |
and
|
|
the heterogeneity of the
group :
there must be differences between the entrepreneurs - if all are
of the same size, have the same products and apply the same
techniques they have nothing to exchange.
